At the end of the 1997 decides to trip to Chile invited by his friend Lucien Nicolet (cadenza), being resident of Club La Feria for about ten years….”
Felipe Valenzuela Bio resume: “My relationship with music began when I was very young; I’ve taken piano lessons since I can remember. During those years I explored that machine without knowing m
uch of what it could do…”
So, as you can see now, these two guys are not properly “new” on the scene. However their sound feels and seems fresh. There are three tracks named Tia Anita, and the three possess a different vision. First deliver is made by Dani Casarano with a good bass rythm patterns going a little on to delusional senses. It’s a litlle bit trippy, still well focused on the rythms. The second vision belongs to Alejandro Vivanco, well known name on minimaland with releases like Madre Tierra Ep, or Rojo Pomodoro Ep, releases still fresh on our mind. His vision of Tia Anita track is more Tribal clashed and worked, with a lot of interconnected sounds around this tribal feeling working on the back of the track till the end, making it very progressive and “Cadenza” keeper. Third remix goes to Felipe Venegas, and its probably the best track of the Ep. Well worked, everything in its right place, tribal feeling from Vivanco’s remix added and now its just… go! A good track that fits a lot of dancefloor moods. It can be a peek or a down, it’s only a matter of choice. I must say that the repeated “hammer” sound added at minute 6:44 really helps to enhance the track and push it forward along other improvements that make this track the best of the Ep.
Minimaland Feedback: Dancefloor reliable, home amusing.
